Our process and relationship-based experience with our customers offer cost certainty, a quality project, built on time and with the same experience we offer them on our BRB’s.

We work with your team as a partner whether the contract is design-build, CM @risk, or a lump sum. We prefer a transparent process where we are involved early and provide value during the pre-construction phase.

Through early collaboration with owners, designers, and engineers, we create the most streamlined execution plan and schedule possible. Blast Builders veterans of the construction industry understand the intricacies of developing a complex, multi-phased project schedule, utilizing state-of-the-art schedule software, that represents a tool to manage to project.

Communication

Construction must be a team sport to be successful. We meet with project team weekly to review the metrics relative to construction performanceand budget. Communication and Transparancy at all levels is the key to a successful project. We expect all parties to exchange information and ideas in an efficient and effective manner.
