We work with our clients to understand their current assets and their current plan to meet the United States Department of Labor’s standard for process safety management of highly hazardous chemicals (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119).Our services many times begin with strategy sessions with the client and the blast design engineers to develop an overall approach.

Lead strategy sessions for a single asset or global asset siting evaluation and capital plan
Work with the Blast Design Engineers to understand all risks and mitigation efforts as described in The American Petroleum Institute (API recommended practice (RP) documents, API RP 752, API RP 753 which provide guidance for completing building siting studies.
Evaluate current buildings for hardening or replacement based off the siting plan

Science modern lab interior architecture with lab equipment.

For projects that are outside our geography to build, or in cases where the client already has a nested GC we can provide Owners Representation as a CM agent to provide oversight and protect the Owners interests throughout the construction.
